Anna is a wonderful therapist and a true specialist, full of knowledge and passion for her work. Her sessions are informative and have a clear rationale and structure. Although cbt-I is a directive approach she showed flexibility in changing activities based on my personal preferences and ensured it wasn’t a one sized fits all experience. My sleep and my whole mindset around sleep has greatly improved since my work with Anna and I would recommend her to anyone else struggling with insomnia.
Anna got my sleep back on track when I really needed it. From the start, she took the time to understand my situation and clearly explained every step of the process so I always knew what we were working towards. Her guidance made such a difference, and I felt supported throughout. I’d highly recommend her to anyone struggling with sleep.
“It was the first time I felt like someone really understood what was wrong with me. It was the first time I saw improvement in my sleep in many years and a have me a lot of hope for the future and the tools to use to improve my sleep whenever I need it.”
The best therapy depends on your goals, personality, history and what feels manageable right now. There is no single “best” therapy model, because different approaches support different needs and life experiences. Two people with similar concerns may benefit from very different approaches, which is why personalised care matters. Some people seek support for anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, ADHD, grief or major life transitions, while others want greater self-understanding, clarity and emotional grounding.
Once you identify what you want support with, we guide you towards the most suitable options for you, and therapy can evolve over time. Therapy modalities can also be combined within an integrated care model, such as CBT for anxiety, DBT for emotional regulation, EMDR for trauma processing, breathwork or yoga for anxiety, and chiropractic massage for stress and body realignment.
Key takeaways
We have 24hr availability by contact form or e mail Phone number to call or leave a voicemail
Yes online therapy sessions can be done on line via zoom, facetime or whats app video
Since every patient’s treatment is unique and the length of the treatment is varied the cost will depend on what you choose and what availability you have.
Depending on your needs and situation this may be just a weekly therapy session, or it may also be combined with a well being or physical therapy session.
If you decide to choose a weekly flexible intensive programme, this will combine multi-disciplinary therapy modalities with wellbeing sessions, either in the clinic, in your home or online.
At your initial contact with us we can discuss all the different options and costs with you to find the right treatment that is tailored just for you.
The first consultation begins with a conversation that is built on trust and understanding. We are here to listen, to guide and offer clarity on how we can support you. Questions about your goals and concerns A conversation about possible approaches We focus on matching you with the right clinician and approach from the start, so you do not have to navigate these decisions alone.
Therapists provide talk therapy but cannot provide medication Consultant psychiatrists may provide talk therapy, but usually specialise in prescribing and medication management. They also oversee any intensive therapy programme and manage treatment diagnosis. If you need a prescription you should see a Consultant Psychiatrist If you just want to talk, a therapist may be the right choice
It is very different to others as our treatment is designed to treat the underlying causes and not just the symptoms. Our patient centred focus with professionals with over 20yrs experience are committed to providing evidence based treatment that is unique to you.
Our programmes are designed treat the entire person, body, mind and spirit. We recognise that lasting recovery requires alignment with advanced psychiatry, and somatic care to nutrition, fitness, resilience for lasting transformation.
We are also flexible in that the treatment can fit around you and can be adapted weekly to your needs either in the clinic, at home or online
Because each person is treated as an individual, just as no two people are alike neither are the underlying causes the same.
At your initial assessment we look at all aspects which include physical, psychological, biochemical, genetic and social factors. This then enables us to design a treatment that will be unique to you.
If an intensive treatment programme is chosen it is monitored daily and an MDT (Multi-Disciplinary Team meeting) that is held weekly to monitor progress and discuss modifications to your programme as required.
